I'm Jenny Daymond, an illustrator and brand designer based in the Lake District.
I love combining hand-crafted illustration with digital design to bring clients ideas to life.
I am passionate about crafting illustrated designs that communicate with purpose, beauty and impact.
What do I design?
I work across a variety of projects including:
Illustrated branding and packaging,
Publishing and editorial illustration (including book cover design)
Surface pattern design for beautiful products and giftware
Exhibitions & design for public spaces
If you have a possible project I haven’t described I’d still love to hear about it!
What style of illustration do I create?
On my journey as a designer I have mastered a wide variety of artistic skills, having these skills is like having a store cupboard full of materials and different tools I use to create designs that fit the unique character and feel of each project!
As a painter, printmaker and surface pattern designer, I have a plethora of materials and techniques at my fingertips to create beautiful designs to fit your brief. My Style Guide is a great place to see some of the different methods I use to create illustrated designs.
I combine digital design with hand drawn methods using Adobe design suite, creating designs for both print and web.
Great design has the power to attract people to brands and products and to change the atmosphere of a space.
I use my skills as an artist and designer to work with people and brands that want to make a positive impact in the world.
Being based in the Lake District I am often inspired by country-living, and I love working with clients on projects involving nature, landscape, outdoor living, animals and travel. I am also a big foodie as shown in my work with The National Trust.
Can I help with your project?
